If you love an M&S cookie and anything remotely Christmassy, you might want to prepare yourself.
That’s because the retailer has just added a brand new version of its viral cookies to the bakery section, and they’ll definitely have you feeling festive AF.
Peppermint Bark Cookies are available for a limited time as of right now, costing £3.25 for a pack of five.
The new product is inspired by the sell-out Peppermint Bark tins that M&S launched for Christmas 2024 and features dark and white chocolate, mint crunch and, of course, peppermint.

The cookies might have only hit the shelf today (November 5), but many have already rushed out to nab a pack and the reviews so far have been stellar, with some hailing them a ’10/10′ sweet treat.
On the New Foods UK page, the verdict was clear: ‘Brand new Peppermint Bark Cookies from M&S!! These are the best cookies M&S have ever done!! Absolute 10/10.’
And Cissy Jones felt similarly, claiming the cookies were ‘so gooey’ with ‘just the perfect amount of peppermint!’
On Instagram, @sweetrevieweruk thought the cookies were ‘indulgent yet beautifully balanced, and absolutely delicious’.
They continued: ‘They’re soft, chewy, and have the perfect crunch. There’s a lot going on, but it all works so well! Like a little bite of winter magic. The best part? The peppermint isn’t overpowering – it’s subtle, refreshing, and perfectly complements the cookie. Warm them up for an extra treat!’
Similarly, @jamiedearx wrote: ‘M&S OH MY GOODNESS, you outdo yourself.’
As @millie.illustrates thought the cookies sounded ‘absolutely divine’ and @jesselleking proclaimed she had a ‘new obsession about to unlock’.
And @paradisefallsfamily were impressed with the new creation, saying that M&S ‘keep knocking it out of the park’.
Serving suggestion…
When it comes to enjoying the cookies, M&S has recommended dunking them in a cuppa for ‘ultimate gooeyness’.
However, @uknewestfoods pointed out the retailer also recently launched a Fully Loaded Peppermint & Double Chocolate tub of ice cream.
Pair the two together and you could make a cracking ice cream sandwich if you were so inclined…
This comes after M&S recently unveiled another new item in its bakery section, that fans couldn’t get enough of.
A Chocolate Pastel de Nata (Portuguese custard tart) hit the shelves, costing £1.10.
It features a creamy baked egg custard and chocolate filling inside an all-butter cocoa pastry and was dubbed ‘one of the best products M&S has sold in a long time’. Guess, it might have some competition now…
The retailer also added 400 new and improved items to its FoodHall, including a new Peanut Butter & Jelly version of the popular Merry Munch tin (£10), Hot Maple Syrup (£5), Marmite Caramel Sauce (£3), Chocolate and Cinnamon Tortilla Rolls (£3) and Maple Bacon Combo Mix crisps (£2.30).
