Christmas is already seriously delivering because M&S has just blessed us with a brand new range for the festive season.
We’ve barely recovered from the Peppermint Bark Cookies, hailed as a ’10/10′ sweet treat, which debuted last week.
Now, the beloved supermarket is moving from sweet to savoury, with its first ever brunch party food selection, which shelves yesterday (November 12).
It sounds rather bougie, hosting a breakfast gathering as you share your Christmas wish list over a tipple with pals, but the food options alone is reason enough to get together. Honestly, we’d have a party of one with this menu.
First off, there’s a Hash Brown Topple Tower for £5.50; a literal tower of golden, crispy hash brown fingers, which comes paired with a tangy tomato dip. If you can hold off scoffing the lot, it even doubles up as a potato-ey Jenga-style party game – perfect for entertaining.
No brunch would be complete without pancakes, and the bitesize Maple & Bacon Pancake Stacks look equally heavenly. Made from British outdoor bred bacon drizzled in hot maple syrup, sandwiched between two fluffy buttermilk pancakes, you can pick up a pack of eight for £7.50.

If you’re after something more simple, M&S has taken a customer favourite from its café and made it into party food. Also priced at £7.50 for eight, you can get your hands on Ham & Cheese Croissants, stuffed with serrano ham and Castilla cheese, in mini format. Someone inform Bridget Jones’ mum please.
Then, for a more decadent offering, there’s Caledonian Gold Hot Smoked Salmon Rosti, featuring a crispy potato rosti topped with salmon, sour cream, mature cheddar and chives (£7.50 for a pack of 10).
Not only are these easy to cook – just bung in the air fryer for nine minutes -the supermarket says they’re the perfect pairing to its Classic No. 12 Crémant fizz.

But the brunch options weren’t the only new items to hit the shelves.
Customers can now get their hands on Chicken Tikka Masala Topped Naans finished with picked red onion; Snowman Bao Buns (which are totally adorable) stuffed with pad Thai vegetable filling, and Tempura Prawns served with a ponzu dip.
There’s also Extra Mature Barber’s Chedder & Ham Scones, Caramelised Onion & Goats Cheese Tartlets, and lastly – in a win for those who are gluten-free – Mini Pecorino & Chorizo Mini Tortillas.

All of these options are all available for £7.50 a pop – but hey, it’s Christmas soon, so treat yourself.
And you’ll be pleased to know you can save a few pounds if you’re stocking up, as the new range is included in M&S’s four items for the price of three party food offer.
Shoppers certainly haven’t been put off by the prices, with Facebook user Lucy Edwards saying: ‘I need every single one! Mine. This year. It’s going to be a taste test.’
‘Think a shopping trip is in order,’ added another, while Damien Townley chimed in: ‘I love the snowman bao’s especially!’
Others branded the line up a ‘delight’, with one going to far as to say: ‘Ffs these look sensational’.
